Dear Nancy,

I wanted to let you know that our parents have been raving about your presentation at our recent Parents' Luncheon Monday, September 22, 1997. Your insight and common sense approach really hit home for many attending. Your humor also made the day enjoyable. It is no wonder that this was the largest crowd we have ever had for this event. All left with a refreshed view on parenting and discipline. Thank you.
