It is with great pride and sincere appreciation that I thank you for the wonderful seminar weekend in Kingsport.

Your presentation of "Loving Your Child is Not Enough"--practical keys to loving discipline, was an outstanding success! Over (400) parents enjoyed your Friday evening presentation at Eastman followed by (300) teachers at the Saturday workshop. Another (25) parents, from our housing project community, benefited from your "one on one" delivery Saturday afternoon at the Cloud Community Center.

All of the comments about the weekend have been very positive. Everyone truly enjoyed your personal, down to earth, and comical approaches to everyday dilemmas both in the home and in the classroom.

It was encouraging to hear so many familiar scenarios recreated with encouraging ideas on how to better handle the situation versus using the instant "knee-jerk" reactions.

Nancy, our community truly benefited from your presentation. You were a rewarding, educational "gift", and you will be remembered for years to come.
