On behalf of Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance and the families that we serve, I would like to thank you very much for your presentation on “What to do When Your Kids Drive You Up The Wall?” at our 17th Annual Family Series. It was a superb night and the families really benefited.

I particularly enjoyed your style with the audience and with me. It was great spending time getting to know you during the planning of the event. I appreciated all of your suggestions and am truly enjoying your books!! Many participants made positive comments on your use of humor, great examples and “hands on ideas/phrases/responses that can be used tomorrow.” One family when asked what could be done differently, responded, “nothing, bring her back next year!”

Thank you so much for spreading your message and being a part of our family series! I’m looking forward to your next book, especially since I know part of it was edited here. It was really a pleasure working with you and we would like the opportunity to do so again in the future.
